Remarks about the translation	The Italian translation is a formal one. If "you" is informal, - "Salve" -> "Ciao" - "Il Suo articolo" -> "Il tuo articolo" - "per cortesia, mi lasci" -> "per favore, lasciami" - "con Lei" -> "con te" - "La ringrazio" -> "Grazie"
