The CLUB shall have an option to terminate the second season of this contract. If the CLUB wants to terminate the second season of the contract, The CLUB is obliged inform the PLAYER and the AGENT in writing on or before July 1, 2007
Our Club terminated the second season of the contract on a unilateral basis as per the article nr. 2 of the agreement entered into between Major Leon-Legrand WINGATE and our club on November 15, 2006.
