I think the first sentence would read better (and sound) in English as:
I hate
being this way
or
I hate
being like this
the verb after "hate" takes the present participle "being"
.

Hi Diego
Maybe "I don't feel very well" would be more accurate here.
"I'm not feeling very well " gives the impression of a momentary indisposition. Like a headache...
I think that what the requester wants to state is a more permanent feeling.
What do you think?
