"roulotte (n.)
caravana (Portugal), carroça, reboque (Brasil), trailer (Brasil)"
As the target language is Brazilian Portuguese, I chose the *Brasil* entries. Having done an image search, I thought that there were more results for "trailer" that seemed closer to "roulotte"
What do you think?
Also, @ goncin, it says you edited my translation, but I don't know what's changed - could you explain where I went wrong please?
Sorry if I'm being stupid and it's really obvious lol | | | 19 Januar 2009 13:39 | | bgl88Anzahl der Beiträge: 32 | Having looked again at some definitions, do you think "carroça" would be better?
I only asked this because a roulotte is more a caravan for *Roman Travellers* (ciganos ?), and I saw under the definition for "roulotte" :
So the word 'trailer' is used for all types of caravan? Whether for holidays, mobile homes, or gypsies? |
