Gentili Signori, ho chiesto notizie del pacco presso le poste italiane e presso lo spedizioniere che si occupa di distribuire i pacchi piÃ¹ ingombranti. Non esiste nessun pacco con il vostro nome o quello di amazon, come mittente e nessuno con il mio nome come destinatario. Vi chiedo di sistemare al piÃ¹ presto questo problema, possibilmente rispedendomi il bene, del quale ho assolutamente bisogno. Se non fosse possibile la spedizione, cheido che mi venga riaccreditato l'importo su carta di credito.

Dear Sirs,
I have asked for information about the parcel at Poste Italiane and at the shipper that takes care of distributing the bulky parcels. There is no package with your name or that of amazon as the sender and no one with my name as the recipient. I ask you to fix this problem as soon as possible, perhaps by returning the goods which I absolutely need. If the dispatch is not possible I demand the amount to be credited on my credit card.
