I'm sorry, I really have not seen
I guess you need a bridge, so:

"You are in my heart for ever"

P.S. not "you are always in my heart".

Hehe, I have mixed Latin with English here!
"You (are) semper in my heart!" --> "you are always in my heart". Funny!

Who said you should say it??

"you are always in my heart" is the valid bridge.

Well, there is difference in Russian.

You are always in my heart (when I sleep, when I eat and walk you are there as always). Refers more to present.

You are in my heart forever (you will be there forever and ever, for good and all, you came to stay). Refers to eternity.

I think it's simple, always vs. forever

You can use both, depends on what you want to say

I'll use synonyms to explain:

You are constantly in my heart vs. You are for eternity in my heart.

Yes, of course, but here "навсегда" means rather "always" (Latin "semper" ) or "forever" (Latin "in perpetuum" ). This is a point and our doubt, dear Siberia.

I edited the post above and tried to explain with the help of synonyms.
"Навсегда" means rather "forever"
"Всегда" is always.

Thank you, Siberia. Finally I got it.
I will change the translation in a moment.

I should have known it. I was thaught the song in my childhood:

Пусть всегда будет солнце,
Пусть всегда будет небо,
Пусть всегда будет мама,
Пусть всегда буду я.
