So far what I would correct (if you allow me)
is:

appelied ---> applied
Plaese ----> Please
naxt -------> next
Inslovency--> Insolvency
any such amounts--> any of such amounts


"Plaese note that failure to complete the fully may result in ..."

that the here doesn't make sense...it could be : them, it...
OR...fully is a misspelled noun (maybe form (?))
What do you think Kafetzou?

I have correct the typing errors, but there is a word missing, as Lilian pointed out above. I've replaced it with ".....".
