I think it would be better to say "seni daha iyi bilmek isterim" but even this is not perfect, because bilmek doesn't seem the right verb in this case.

I think the best is, "Selam Onur, seni daha yakından tanımak isterim..."
What do you think?

Maybe Cheesecake but "tanimak" is already used in the sentence to translate "conocerte".

I build a bridge for Figen so she will be able to give us her idea.

according to your bridge, miss, it should be
'..seni tanımak ve hakkında daha fazlasını bilmek isterdim, ama ben ispanyolca bilmiyorum.'

but, if you edit only few things in your translation, I'll accept it, as well:
'...ve hakkında daha çok (şey) bilmek isterim..', and may I ask you if the last part 'ya sen' exists in the spanish text.

Thank you Figen, I've done edits.
At the end of the Englih version is written : "tu si" Litteraly it means "you yes"
