An advisee is someone who is getting advised. An advisor is someone who is giving advice.

yani "advisee"=tavsiye edilen, öğüt verilen, "danışan" değil. it would be okey if we assume he/she is getting advised because he/she has asked to be advised

OK but normally we don't say "danışan" too, though grammatically it's possible to say so.
