Again, a wrong preposition.. You can't be interested auf but only an something. So it's "Ich bin an dem Motorrad sehr interessiert."

The second sentence isn't quite clear either...

Noch ein Schönheitsfehler: statt des Verbes "wollen" im 2. Satz würde ich das Verb "möchten" verwenden. Klingt einfach besser.

The second sentence is a bit unclear... Is it "I would like to buy it and I would pick it up by myself" or "... come to pick it up..." or something different?

Well, I've never been very good at naming what grammar I'm using - but that's not really important, the main thing is using it correctly, isn't it?
