Neden "istemiyorsan" diye çevirdiğinizi sorabilir miyim? Metinde öyle bir şey geçmiyor.

Gördüğünüz gibi ikinci cümlenin "fiil'i" eksik. İlk cümleye göre bu şekilde olabilir diye düşündüm ve bunu "Açıklamalarda" belirttim.
Teklifi yapanada sordum ama henüz cevap alamadım.
Doğal olarak farklı çeviriler olabilir. "kabul etmezsen, sevemezsen (!)" gibi.

Bence buradaki cümlenin devamı kullanılan ilk fiille ilgili de olabilir. Yani "to love" fiili. Yine de bir uzmana sormakta fayda var tabi.

Yes, the meaning of the text is

I can't make you love me if you don't love me.

The English sentence is correct: rather than repeat part of a sentence ('love me'), you can leave it out.
