That "is located in preparation" sounds weird.
What about: "is/starts/depends on preparation"? | | | 10 December 2009 12:01 | | | It was translated directly from Latin (positus est = is located/situated). In Polish we can say the same too, but, of course, if it is not correct in English we can change it.
Anyway, I don't like: "is/starts/depends on preparation"...
The meaning is a bit different.
