Sorry, this is not Latin, but I guess that if it is some kind of wizard stuff, meaning of "avada kedavra" may be close to "abracadabra".
According to this source (in English), "avada kedavra" is Aramaic, and means "Let the thing be destroyed".

if you know the well known Harry Potter you maybe have seen one of the spells
