you know every language is stuck to a culture that gives it a set of phrases for the different occasions, and in this case, Izzayyak and Eih Akhbarak are two phrases for "how are you" we can do little to expand that in another culture! that being said, in Turkish there must be something similar to this one:
it means: How are you? what are your news?
