Quomodo enim se cristianum dicit, qui pauca verba fidei, qua salvandus est, etiam et orationis dominicae quae ipse dominus ad orationem constituit, neque dicere neque vult in memoria retinere?

I edited the text based on the English and Italian bridges provided plus this Bavarian one (http://bar.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exhortatio_ad_plebem_christianam) I don't really understand it completely :-)

I tried to get the German text closer to the Latin original but am not so sure about the success.

Could a fluent Latin speaker have a look?

Sorry, I'm not a native speaker either.
Is there a negation missing before 'weder sagt', or is the 'noch' that follows enough to make the preceding part negative?
Just an observation.

"weder" itself is the part that negates.
"Weder ... noch" means "neither ... nor"
