Wie kann jemand Christ heißen, der die wenigen erlösenden Worte des Glaubens oder das Gebet der Herrn, das der Herr selbst als Gebet eingeführt hat, weder sagt, noch im Gedächtnis behalten möchte?
I edited the text based on the English and Italian bridges provided plus this Bavarian one (http://bar.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exhortatio_ad_plebem_christianam) I don't really understand it completely :-)
I tried to get the German text closer to the Latin original but am not so sure about the success.

Is there a negation missing before 'weder sagt', or is the 'noch' that follows enough to make the preceding part negative?
