In the original text, is the word into plural?
If not, in English it would sound better this way.

I suppose if we use "some " we have to use "difficult" in plural" or am I wrong?
I prefer;"I have difficulty to understand you" without "some" as in the original text.

Yes, merdogan, you are not totally right.
We can use "some" with plural
and
singular nouns.
If you want to say that you are having "a little difficulty" you say "I'm having some difficulty"
