Vu qu'on est dans le registre familier ou plutôt des expressions imagées, je tradurais cette phrase par : "I dig Greece like mad"

Hello, Philonimbus, thanks for the suggestion, I added it like a possible alternate translation.

This phrase it's a little bit strange and informal; and the word "kiff" cannot be found in any dictionary, so I suppose that only a native speaker can really tell what does it mean exactly.

HI philonimbus : " kiffer" in French is a very popular way used by young people and it means "
like" or sth like that. In French one can say : " je kiffe cette fille"" : cette fille me plait.

Hello, Gamine, thanks for the suggestion. I think your version is fine too.

Anyway, the meaning it's the same, I suposse.

I belive the requester will understand the message, no matter if it is "I like Greece, it's crazy!", "I like Greece. It's mad!!!" or even "I dig Greece like mad".

Thanks again!

Madeleine
