I would translate it:
"When you call 118 888 Auto-response you need to know the subscriber's phone number. Once you have keyed in the phone number, the name, street and postal address will be read to you."

Will be read or informed?

Read. It's a passive. Actually it's not written "to you", so maybe you could just say:

"Once you have keyed in the phone number, the name, street and postal address will be read out."

Well, the verb is read out(läsa upp), meaning "recite".

I'm trying to find an alternative because it would be a bit weird using "read" ou "read out" in English.
What about: "will be heard"?

Yes, the person calling in will surely hear the message someone reads out. It will be heard!
