This is a fairly straight forward text. The only problematic word for me was "ahle sakhtgirha." It literally means strict or straight laced people, but in the Iranian cultural context it could refer to a specific group of people, i.e., very religious or traditional people. On the other hand, it could simply mean that he is easy going.
