به اين دليل كه هوستون ممكن است اسم فرد هم باشد ما نمي توانيم صد در صد ترجمه كنيم: "I'm in Houston" همانگونه كه واشينگتون هم اسم پايتخت آمريكا است و هم نام اولين ريس جمهور آمريكا.

The source literally means "I am Houston". But in conversational Persian, the expression "I am in Houston" may be expressed just like that. I have preferred this meaning, because it is more likely to be the intention of the speaker. But, frankly, I can't say for sure what was meant by this sentence unless more information is provided about the context.
