The adjustment of the various properties that an extract must have represents a series of searches that are necessarily conducted simultaneously, as they influence one another.

I'd rather use "one another " than "each other" here, as "each other" is used about anything binomial whereas "one another" is used when there may be more than 2 searches in a serie. moreover the French text used the plural ("les uns sur les autres" ) would it use the singular ("l'un sur l'autre" ) then "each other" would've matched the meaning.
And I'd definitely translate "de front" by "simultaneously", as well as I'd rather use "as they interact with one another" at the end of the sentence.
