billyjean, metni düzeltmeden önceki hali şöyleydi: "sana da selam degerli arkadasım nasılsın?mektubunu almadım mı oyle 1 sey yazıor okuyamadım", tercüme yaparken lütfen Türkçe karakterleri kullanmaya çalış ve "bir" kelimesinin "1" şeklinde çevrilmemesi gerek

Şimdi sen bu metni çevirmediğini mi söylüyorsun billyjean? Peki o Türkçe yazılar nedir ?

Kafetzou, since you know Arabic, could you please tell me whether the translation is the translation of the source or some invented words? billyjean told me that it was her own words, I must be sure of it

اهلا بك صديقي العزيز كيف حالك = Sana da selam değerli arkadaşım nasılsın?

I cannot understand لقد استلمت رسالتك النبيل, because my Arabic isn't very good.

Elmota, can you help here? The first part is definitely correct (Hi to you too, my dear friend, how are you?), but I don't know what the second part says.

Oh, many thanks again Kafetzou! I'd rather give her a second chance to correct her translation as I've already retyped all the Turkish characters and did some corrections already but I've missed some

now billyjean, please use this address (http://turkish.typeit.org/) if you don't have a turkish keyboard and please make corrections to the grammar

Sorry, smy - I seem to be posting too fast this morning. I changed what I wrote above.

hi all, here is an English bridge:
Hi to you my dear friend, how are you? I have received your noble message (or letter)
this is just a bit of a formal way to tell someone that they received their message
