I think it would read better "my spouse isn't in good health yet", therefore perhaps we should change the other "good health" in the former sentence. There's another way to say that: "We hope you are healthy and in high spirits."

Also the last sentence should be turned from:
"We wish to all of you happy and peaceful days."
into:
"We wish happy and peaceful days to all of you."
