In good german it would be:
"Was sagt ein Portugiese zu einem Schweizer, wenn er einen russischen Fan mit einer italienischen Fahne sieht?"
=> **portuguese**:

bad
German at all, Rodrigues, but a dialect, spoken in Switzerland.

I know, that it's switzer dialect. I didn't write, that it's "bad" german - I only figured it out in "normal" german... - for someone else understands it.
