'risks losing me', or better still, 'is at risk of losing me' would sound more natural in English. Is that OK with you?

Yeah it is OK for me. I would rather say "risks losing me" but you can change however you want.

Je pense que dans la phrase:... "quelqu'un qui déjà risque de me perdre".le verbe "risquer" n'est pas au temps convenable.

No, 'never ever' would be the way to say that in English. 'Never and ever' may be the literal translation but it doesn't work in English.
