What is "sa'eed" here? Is it the recipient's name?

well the Arabic version misses a "and" before "Sa3eed" thats why it looks like a name, but no, it is "happy" most probably, otherwise I would say the whole statement is a name:
Ramadan Mubarak Sa'eed (believe it or not, this is a legitimate name )
