sgrowl, why do you connect "in" and "sine" with dative? It should be with ablative...
Moreover:
Toto eo quod egeo es
--> Omnia, quorum egeo, (tu) es
Please, correct your translation.

I'm taking into concideration one more change.
Tu solum --> Tu sol
us
Compare, please:
tu solus Dominus = only you are Lord
What do you think?

I intended use "solum" like adverb not adjective.
Which one is more correct?

I think that in this context an adjective is more appropriate than an adverb, sgrowl. This is why I typed what I did.
One more comparison:
Sol
us
Deus me iudicare potest.
Sol
um
Deus me iudicare potest.

Your "Tu solum me supples" would be correct if you wanted to say the sentence in a negative way.
It means sth like:
"You only complete me, but nothing more..."
I know it is a quite difficult case. This is a kind of Latin grammatical catch
