instead of but I used "I will make sure to get to" I can change it to but as it is shorter but less expressive

instead of but I used "I will make sure to get to" since it says "ma ek sal jou defo in dec sien" = but I shall see you definately in December.
So, instead of using but and definately I used I will make sure to get to see you. It is just a more expressive way of saying the same thing.
