| | The addition of a definite article is acceptable in this case, even if absent in the original. But "munde" is plural. Furthermore, sometimes the order of the words is crucial, not for the meaning, buit for the emphasis. A better translation would be: "but the pain in/of the heart, nobody notices" or something like that. |

I think this must be one of the trickiest things to learn about English grammar!! There are 'rules' for articles, right... but it seems there are also many exceptions, d'oh! |
