Если опираться на украинский перевод, то смысл русского абсолютно неверен. Должно быть что-то вроде этого...

Это слиноговые идиомы, буквально не переводятся...

вятър ме вее на бял кон "to be very absent minded, not in this world" in Russian: "ходуном ходит"(literally: the wind lashes me on a white horse, like ladyoneseven said.)
отвея ме вятърът "i got distracted"... i think? in Russian: "унес меня ветер".
