the last word in your sentence above was 'MISIN',but when we changed the stress MI, it become together 'EDERSIN' pay attention for the difference between 'eder misin' and 'mi.. edersin'
so,it should be:'Bu dilde MI konuşmayı tercih ederSIN?'
