I'm not sure if it's cette andouille (genre = féminin) or cet andouille (referring to a male person). The French don't seem to know either , googling yields about 1/10 for cette/cet.

"Cette andouille de Paul" (even if it is a man you keep the original gender of the word you want to use)
add an adjective to another of those expressions, eg : for a guy who's very tall, you say "cette grande perche de Paul" (I kept this fictive first name just to show you)
