I know that "my only one" is really used in Turkish, but in English it sounds awkward. Just "my dear/darling/sweetheart" would be better.

I've edited it. And about the end, it looks like an unfinished sentence so I translated it just the way it is and added dots in the end.

It can be e.g. " Only time isn't good to be together."
