I have no idea what the title 'sak' means I'm afraid.

For formal occasions or for many people the translation should be:
Γεια σας, χαίρομαι που σας βλέπω και σας γνωρίζω.

NOTE: both sound 'awkward' in Greek. We'd greet someone without the 'σε βλέπω και'/'σας βλέπω και'(=to see and).

We'd say 'Hello, I am happy to meet you"
Γεια σου, χαίρομαι που σε γνωρίζω.
Γεια σας, χαίρομαι που σας γνωρίζω.
