I like your "L'ho già ricevuta" instead of "L'ho già presa"
But I don't think that "rispondere" would be more proper verb in this case. It means exactly "odpowiadać", meanwhile we have here "odpisać", so I would leave this "scrivere indietro".
p.s. Piszę po angielsku, aby ekspert, który ma zewaluować to tłumaczenie, również rozumiał, o co nam chodzi.
