This sentence is not real Klingon. It's "Paramount" Klingon. Half the words don't even exist in the language, even some of the letters don't exist.

Martok degh, to-Duq degh, bat-LEH degh, mat-LEH degh"?

M, k, d and LE are all invalid. to-Duq, bat-LEH and mat-LEH are all non-existent words in Klingon.

degh should be Degh and means Helm or symbol. Martok should be martoq.

According to Paramount it is supposed to be ""Badge of Martok, badge of courage, badge of honour, badge of loyalty" which would be:

martoq Degh, toDuj Degh, batlh Degh, ???? Degh

The last one "badge of loyalty" cannot be translated the same way as the others because there is no verb for loyalty. The used word which was supposed to be matlh means "to be loyal" and is a verb.
