Isn't that "mousse" some cream or foam?
The way it is, it seems to be a dessert.

Yes! It's a foam!
I found the "mousse" as an alternative in my dictionary. I thought that maybe this should be used as it is about manicure, and that they kept the French word for it. But foam sounds really mych better!
Shall I edit now?
