if so, it would read better:
"As usual, being with her has a different beauty"

In the orijinal meaning, "as usual" is related to "being with her" not to "has a different beauty".
So I think it will be better to be changed like this:
"There is a different beauty in being with her/him as usual."

maybe 'its own/distinct merit/advantage'
