Maybe with a verb in the translation would be better like: "Here's a gift for you", but the meaning is the right one as it is now, even without a verb.

Pra solucionar el problema de la falta de verbo y mantener el significado, creo que seria mejor:
"Aquí tienes un regalo" o "Es un regalo para ti"
