May I ask you to revise your translation? There is one grammar mistake and the sentence does not end in a very clear way.

1) "non lascia" -> "non lasciare"
2nd sg person negative imperative is made up of NON + INFINITIVE

2) "ti porta" -> "ti porti"
LASCIARE + che + SUBJUNCTIVE

3) "dal gioco" -> "fuori dal gioco"
cfr. English "take you OUT OF the game" or French "te SORTIR du jeu"

Moreover, I think "la paura degli errori" doesn't sound very natural, although correct.
The most natural and correct would be "la paura di fare errori".
