Nice translation, buketnur, but there are a few corrections:

You should probably put a comment underneath it, saying that the Kordon is a famous seaside area of Izmir.

phaetons --> horse-drawn carriages

One of them will go and one of them will come --> As one goes, another will come (it's more poetic-sounding)

Also, you need "the" before "gulf".

I have never heard the word "phaeton" in English, but I just checked my big Oxford Dictionary, and it's in there, so I guess it's your choice. I just asked my monolingual boyfriend, too, and he knew what it was, so I guess it's OK.
