The translation is probably perfect, however since this is s famous quote by the Mexican revolutionary Emiliano Zapata, I hope you don't mind in changing the syntax before setting a poll.
It should read:

"nearly the same" is not the same.
"on foot" means "going walking" and that's a complete different meaning from "standing"
