Literally the original sentence was "Otherwise tomorrow work/business". Without a precise context it's hard to understand who is the person has to work tomorrow or will be busy running some business or what not... I translated it as "I'll be busy" keeping a general meaning, assuming that the subject of the action is the same person speaking...
