Individually the words are ã‚ã„ã¤: That person ã‚’: to do to (the subject afore mentioned) 首: neck ã«: to/towards/until (the object afore mentioned) ã—ã‚: substitute Literally translated, this will be "Off with that person's neck"...very much like the Queen of Hearts in Alice in Wonderland.
