Hi Francky, I would like to know if "Mater", in Latin could mean "Mutter" in German...

Of course Hans, it is what it means, but here as we do not translate names it was taken off.
Seek for some online dictionary from Latin into Portuguese (or even German if you feel like) on the internet and you'll certainly find one.
It will avoid you to insert single words in another text, and us to remove it.

Thank you very much. A on-line dictionary (Latin-German) shall be wonderfull to me! I started learning Latin and I'm still very noob on it.
