I think this could be best as:
"Pressing the F1 key will switch to the following screen"

We could always have put:
"If you press the F1 key it will switch to the following screen"
Having said that, the phrase I have suggested in English conveys the conditional in itself and, as the request is meaning only, I will validate it as it is.
