Could you explain this line? It seems that there's no subject.

But that doesn't make sense in English, besides, it can't be considered a sentence since there's neither a subject nor a main verb.

A complete sentence (just a guess) could be:
" He is/was confirmed to be among us, but he is none of us."

Your right, the full translation of this: "وأكد مناحي بيننا الا انه لا احد منا" would be, something like: "He confirmed to be among us, but no one of us"
