We don't make adjectives plural in English. There must be an implied noun here. Are they "suicide bombers"?

Also, Egyptian is spelled with an a, not an o.

well thats the problem, we do make plurals of adjectives in arabic, and the word is simply suicidal ... ss, like suicidal fighters maybe? i think bombers can do it too, because of the background of the story...

I'm wondering the same thing, i.e. is it suicide bombers meaning persons, suicide terrorist/fighters participating in a bomb attack is it bombers meaning airplanes?
