I searched the web for these words and apparently they are part of a poem, that speaks of a long gone beloved, this is a very short part in which the poet says (what may mean) that the beloved snatched the moon and did not allow it to spend the sleapless nights with the lover, so the lover wishes the beloved would change this habit at least for tonight:
