merhaba,

Hello,
I live in Turkey and I have never been to France.
I accidentally found you by means of surname match on the internet, and I added you to my friend list. Thank you for accepting my request for friendship.
Have you ever been to Turkey?

I found you coincidentally with surname match at the internet.---> I accidentally found you with/via surname match on the internet, and I added you to my friend list.

Should I edit it accordingly and then evalute it? (The rest is OK. I want to be sure out of just this sentence.)

Yes, you correction is right, but I'd add:

my friend request ---> my request to be friends/ my request for friendship

Have you ever been to Turkey?

Then it becomes:

"Hello,
I live in Turkey and I have never been to France.
I accidentally found you with surname match on the internet, and I added you to my friend list. Thank you for accepting my request for friendship.
Have you ever been to Turkey?

Perhaps "by means of surname match" would sound better.

Yes, I think you can accept it.
